Small Business Administration Woman Owned Small Business

iON Informatics, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/WOSB/EDWOSB) focused on health information technology, informatics, and analytics advisory and consulting services to help clients optimize and transform their clinical care delivery operations.

With an average experience level in excess of 20 years, our associates possess deep clinical expertise coupled with extensive health information technology, informatics, and analytics consulting experience. This experience allows us to rapidly and accurately analyze issues, quickly formulate cost-effective, reality-based solutions based on the customer’s perspective, government regulations, and lessons learned from others companies in similar market segments, and then embed sustainment approaches into the culture of the organization, thereby positioning iON as a valued partner. We approach every engagement as a strategic partnership where our client’s goals and objectives are paramount.

iON assembles the appropriate number and skill mix of talented and experienced associates for each engagement – no two clients are ever alike, therefore, we do not have pre-formed teams or standardized approaches that we apply to each engagement. Rather, we seek to understand our clients, their history, and their needs and desires, and only then do we recommend an approach. In collaboration with our clients, we design and implement comprehensive, yet tailored approaches, providing practical solutions that are mindful of our client’s aspirations, resources, budget, schedule, culture, and organizational dynamics.

Our mission is to help our clients optimize and transform their clinical care delivery operations by providing practical solutions that leverage health information technology, informatics, analytics, and business management methodologies.
